Refund and Returns Policy

Summary

We have a thirty-day return and refund policy. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we won’t be able to make a complete refund or exchange. Your item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packing. to be qualified for a return.

Category of products

A few categories of products are not returnable. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items cannot be returned. Intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials, and flammable liquids or gasses are also not accepted products.

Other things that cannot be returned:

Cards for gifts Products with downloadable software or anything Downloadable Several medical and personal hygiene supplies We need a receipt or evidence of purchase to complete your return. Please refrain from returning your purchase to the supplier.

Refunds are only offered in part in the following circumstances:

Book with clear usage indications An open CD, DVD, VHS tape. Anything that is not in its original state, has parts missing or is damaged for non-our-fault. Something that is returned after delivery but before 30 days

Refunds

We will email you to let you know that your return has been received and examined after it is received. In addition, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved or denied. If you are accepted, your refund will be handled and, in a predetermined number of days, a credit will be automatically paid to your credit card or the original payment method.

Refunds that are either delayed or absent

Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten your return yet. Then get in touch with your credit card company; it can take some time for the official posting of your refund. Then get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing delay. Things on sale

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Items in sales are not returnable.

Transactions

Items are only replaced if they are faulty or broken. Please email us at { ask@tapplaza.com} and send your item to {our physical address} if you need to exchange it for the same item.

Presents

You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was shipped directly to you after being purchased and tagged as a gift. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item is received. We will provide the gift giver a refund and let them know about your return if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was bought or if they had the order shipped to them so they could give it to you later.

Return Shipping

To return your goods, you will be responsible for covering the cost of postage. There are no refunds for shipping charges. Refunds will be less than the cost of return shipping if you are eligible for one. The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive at your residence may differ. Consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning more expensive things. The receipt of your returned goods is not guaranteed.
